More often then not great flowers come from great details. Details finish things off and pull all the designs together. It seems that the bride’s bouquet stems would be rarely seen but a great wrap is a crucial asset to a great bouquet. Here is some expert advice from Audrey with Studio Stems -
“A good floral designer will also treat this detail with the importance its due, nothing makes a bride feel more special then the little details, the earrings, the shoes, the flowers, ok and maybe the man. The options for wrap styles are endless. Some more obvious ideas are keeping the wrap simple but in a contrasting color to make the bouquet pop, there is also the classic pearl pin line, that is ‘classic’ for good reason. Some more creative ideas would be using your ribbon in a pin tucked pattern, using green or organic materials like greens, grasses, or leafs for a wrap, using gems and a little bling, or using streams of ribbon to accent and bring color to the bouquet. Sentimentality is a priceless detail, often time brides have family broaches that make the perfect detail, vintage fabric, lace, or buttons from a loved ones clothing, or even a simple family hankie pinned to the collar of the bouquet.”
**Tip- dont overlook this detail and the planning of it till the last min it wont be as special as you deserve it to be!
