Flower Friday {Meet Ruby Bloom}

“As long as I can remember I have been obsessed with flowers. I started working at a small flower shop 6 years ago to put myself through college. After 3 years I graduated and married the delivery boy. That day I fell in love with weddings. If I could re-live that day everyday, I would. Every wedding I am honored to be a part of brings me back to those sweet memories. I developed Ruby Bloom with the idea that there must be a better way to do things than I had seen before. I believe every bride should get the feeling their wedding is top priority. After meeting with a bride I usually lie awake at night dreaming of ways to make their event unique and spectacular. I love introducing new flowers and textures and making designs personal. I do everything I can to take away the stress of budgets and planning and help brides get as excited as I am about their flowers.”

“This wedding was for a super relaxed, fun bride.  She, like many other brides love Gerber Daisy and wanted to incorporate them into her bouquet.  I used bright Coxcomb, Lotus Pods, Billy Balls, and China Berry to move away from the more traditional all Gerber Daisy bouquet.  I also used Yellow Freesia, Milva Roses, Hot Pink and Orange Gladiola blooms, and Bear Grass.”
