Flower Friday: Library Inspired Wedding

We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July with their loved ones! It’s no secret that we love Flower Friday here at UBB and today is no exception! We are excited to share this stunning Library inspired wedding with florals designed by Calie Rose! Here is what Calie had to say about her design!

“We {Calie Rose} are excited that today’s feature is from one of our Library inspired weddings that took place at Provo Library at Academy Square. When we first with our bride and groom for our consultation they came to us with a peach, mint green, grey, and ivory color palette with the desire of adding themed elements. Some favorites that were incorporated were vintage wood library catalogue holders that greeted guests upon entering the dining area. Vintage library books were added to their wedding centerpieces while some even suspended in mid air with a wall of blossoms. We engineered and designed a wall of carnations that acted as a focal piece for their event, it was a site to behold! . These elements really shaped the vibe for their big day!
White lilacs were in season just for that week and we worked them into everything, the room smelled delicious! Blooms used in our designs: Pin cushion proteas, english garden roses, ranunculus, spray roses, roses, hypericum berries, mokara orchids, tulips, stock, carnations, delphinium, lilac, hydrangea, lisianthus, scabiosa, dusty miller, brunia, succulents, and silver dollar eucalyptus. It was a striking combination that seemed to perfectly marry one with another. “
