Lakeside Bridals

We have a gorgeous styled shoot photographed by As Ever Photography to share with you today! We are completely smitten with the location she chose as well as the beautiful flowers. We asked Jenny of As Ever Photography to tell us more about the shoot:
“This shoot was inspired by the amazing vintage gown from Maeberry Vintage in downtown Salt Lake City. I had spotted it on a visit to the shop when I was picking up a different dress for another shoot and I just knew I had to photograph this one as well. I love the 1960s empire waistline, the delicate lace details, and especially the sweet floral appliqués. For this shoot, I wanted to create something bright and light with fun, sunny colors. I made a floral crown with white and yellow garden roses, Feverfew, and Queen Anne’s Lace. For the bouquet, I used these same elements, along with some orange and yellow Fire and Ice roses and dramatic foliage and tied it all together with rustic twine and a few lengths of divine hand-dyed silk ribbon from Silk and Willow (in marigold). These gorgeous colors, along with the charming lakeside location, provided the perfect showcase for this magical dress. What a gorgeous way to incorporate a vintage aesthetic into your modern wedding!”2015-07-01_0001 2015-07-01_0002 2015-07-01_0003 2015-07-01_0004 2015-07-01_0005 2015-07-01_0007 2015-07-01_0008 2015-07-01_0009 2015-07-01_0010 2015-07-01_0011 2015-07-01_0012 2015-07-01_0013 2015-07-01_0014 2015-07-01_0015 2015-07-01_0016 2015-07-01_0017 2015-07-01_0018 2015-07-01_0019
