UBB Best of 2012 {Wedding Feature}

Ultimately the wedding is the end result to all the planning and visual madness featured here within this publication, so in turn, in large part what this blog is all about! We hope to get you there with additional efficiency and help create a beautiful experience and a beautiful wedding.  We feel so privileged to be able to see the end result of so many Utah weddings and it is so lovely to publish several of them and share that with all of our readers. Many of those that we published coincide with current and or upcoming trends and all were simply divine.

Audrey’s pick:
More and more we are seeing out of state brides choosing our great state to say “I DO” in and destination is becoming a word that is more commonly used in the Utah wedding vocab. We of course love our locals but we also love that Utah has that pull for brides outside of the state.  There were a plethora of great weddings to select from but I myself am even pulled by the charm that Southern Utah pulls. I selected a Zion National Park nuptial as my fav wedding feature of 2012. Maurine & Dan kept their wedding as green as it gets in way of leaving less of a footprint that is, and they chose Of My Affection to shoot their big day. I particularly liked the labeling of all the “specimen” involved!

Megan’s pick:
I was completely smitten with Tregan & Landon’s Wedding the first time I saw it and fell in love with it all over again when I was looking back over the past year of weddings. I love the simple, organic and romantic feel of this wedding. The rustic/elegant bohemian style was really big in 2012 and a look that can never be wrong with lush flowers and feminine details. For me, a stunning wedding comes down to the little details and the flowers. Studio Stems did an incredible job with this style and I’m obsessed with the gorgeous bouquet and the table garlands of foliage. Alix Ann Loosle shot this dreamy wedding perfectly and it’s for sure one for the UBB record books!
