Today we are sharing more from our summer magazine editorial and highlighting the amazing cake + catering. When planning the perfect wedding dinner it all comes down to the details. And by details we mean everything from the place settings to the dinner menu itself. To lend to the moody look we incorporated aspects of blackberries throughout this feature and the food was the perfect place to really bring that out. We had the experts at Culinary Craft help prepare the perfect summer time dinner.

On the menu: blackberry, feta, + mint skewers with balsamic drizzle. Mixed greens with blackberries, candied pecans, and pomegranate honey vinaigrette. Served with a fresh blueberry scone and sea salt butter. For dessert blackberry galette with fresh rosemary and vanilla bean fresh cream. Finish everything off with a signature blackberry cocktail for your guests!

We all know it wouldn’t be a wedding without a wedding cake and this simple beauty by Pippa Cakery is absolutely perfect! With a touch of caramel drizzle and a few blackberries on the top it for sure is a show stopper in a subtle way. There is so much beauty in food presentation!
