What a week of beautiful summer inspiration we’ve had! While we are sad to be wrapping things up, we are finishing off this week with a bang! We know how much you all love flowers (so do we!) so to finish off our Summer Wedding Magazine Editorial Week we leave you with some stunning floral design by the talented Nicole Land of Soil & Stem!
Flowers really set the tone for your event. They can speak volumes about your style, your color palette and the mood you want your guest to feel as they enter the room. Whether it be classic + sophisticated or casual and romantic, your flowers can really do the talking! It’s important to figure out what vibe you are wanting to set and how your flowers can deliver that message. For this shoot we wanted to portray a very lush summer wedding setting with growing vines up the wall and overflowing centerpiece that literally grew off the table. An overgrown garden or secret garden sort of setting perfectly fitting for a summer dinner under the stars.
This design was heavily influenced by the soft purple tones of lilac, summer berries, and clematis. A touch of honey colored garden roses adds depth and interest to the palette, while lush and billowy blooms paired with a trailing floor length ribbon brings movement and romance. We hope you leave us this week inspired and filled with new ideas and trends to help plan your wedding!
