Utah Bride Blog 2014 Spring Editorial

Happy Monday and happy Spring! We are so delighted to share with you our Spring 2014 Editorial that we, along with a fabulous team of vendors have been working so hard on! With all of our Spring shoots we like to incorporate the Pantone Color of the Year and show our planning brides unique ways to use this color in their wedding. This year the color is Radiant Orchid and we have grown completely smitten with this glamorous shade of pinkish purple! This color is such a bold color that we wanted to show how to use it subtly so that it doesn’t over power the entire look of the design details.

We decided to go with a simple yet gorgeous white palette and there was no better place to shoot at then The Chateau at La Caille! The white ballroom with crown molding details set the tone for a sophisticated, feminine and romantic settings. We chose to go with white linens and a classic table set-up. We wanted the flowers to really stand out and be the main source of color on the table. We also used accents of gold…white china with gold edging, gold chargers and flatware, and gold chiavari  chairs from Diamond Rental, to create a gorgeous table display fit for a princess!

It was such a pleasure to work with Jessie Alexis Photography on this shoot and we are blown away with how perfectly she captured the essence of this shoot! And make sure you scroll all the way to the end of this post and watch the AMAZING video by one of our favorites, Nathan Pickett Films! We will be sharing more details from our editorial shoot all week  long and sharing great advice from the incredible vendors involved! See you back here tomorrow!
